John R. Ebersbach
John R. Ebersbach joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2016 and has focused his practice primarily on representing injured persons in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ebersbach interned at the Coweta County Solicitor’s Office where he served as an Assistant Solicitor under the Georgia Third-Year Practice Act representing the State of Georgia in several jury trials and other court proceedings. He also clerked for Clements & Sweet, LLP in Atlanta where he focused on Georgia workers’ compensation law. Upon graduation, Mr. Ebersbach earned the “Student Best Representing AJMLS at Work Award” based on his achievements obtained in the courtroom and in the Greater-Atlanta community assisting in the representation of injured Georgia citizens.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ebersbach graduated from the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn University with a major in supply chain management and a focus on the trucking industry. He was an active member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Ebersbach enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, attending Auburn football games, and mountain biking.
