Georgia law deals specifically with DUI cases and
other moving violations and treats these differently than most other
criminal or civil violations. If you have been arrested for DUI
or have been cited for a moving violation which carries with it
a suspension of your driver’s license, there are many options
from which you may choose to challenge that arrest. Most of these,
though, require that you submit an application to the court within
a specified period of time.
If you do not submit an application for relief
before that period of time expires, you will likely have your driver’s
license needlessly suspended and find it difficult to have your
license reinstated or obtain automobile insurance. The attorneys
of Kam, Ebersbach, & Lewis, P.C. have handled thousands of DUI
cases and traffic violation cases and have the knowledge necessary
to fully and effectively represent you and ensure that you are not
over-penalized simply because you are not aware of your rights.
We cannot guarantee in every case that you will be able to retain
your driving privileges, but we can guarantee that we will do everything
legally and ethically permissible to ensure that you do not face
a lengthy driving suspension
