Kam, Ebersbach & Lewis, PC was founded in 1994 by Randy J. Ebersbach and Michael G. Kam after they left the Newnan firm of Rosenzweig, Kam, Jones & MacNabb, PC. The firm moved to 2795 Highway 34 in 1997, where it remains today.

Brian D. Lewis joined the firm in 1999 after leaving his position as supervising attorney for the Coweta County Office of the District Attorney. Emily C. Gross arrived in 2003, having served as Assistant District Attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit and an associate with Bass & Associates and Kellogg & Sigelman, LLC.
